Icons of yesteryear… still inspiring

During my interweb travels (procrastination) this morning, I came across a brilliant segment called ‘Separated At Birth’ on the fabulous blog sfgirlbybay.

Aren’t the pairings just fabulous?!

Lots more lovely to be found at sfgirlbybay so check it out!

  1. Haha, these are brilliant!

  2. I have seen some of these rooms before on another site! I have to agree that these are cleverly done! The fourth one, is that the girl from ‘I Dream of Jeannie”? That was my favorite show when I was a kid. I thought it was very entertaining! šŸ™‚

  3. HA! so fun, meera. i have a soft spot for Barbara Eden!

this is what i love about design blogs….so much creativity and lightheartedness. when we take design/fashion/decor too seriously we lose something.

    hugs to you.

  6. Hey cutie,

I’ve seen that blog somewhere before but I can’t remember where!! That’s such a great idea. It makes me wonder which famous faces will still be timeless in fifty years time from now – apart from mine and yours, of course!!

  7. Oh wow, this is just fab! I love the pairings, totally inspired šŸ™‚ Especially the 2nd pic (is that Sophia Loren?) – just gorgeous! x

  8. Hi Girlie,

Wonderful images! And such a great reminder to look to both the recent and distant past for inspiration.

    Warm hugs,

  9. Kat
